How we teach
Age 4-6 have a different learning ability to older children so we teach this age group through games and fun drills all the children can enjoy, if a child is enjoying themselves they want to learn more.

Just ask the many student that started in our school as a scared mouse and came out as confident Black Belt, able to deal with all life throws at them
There is a saying “You Don’t Need To Be Fit To Start But You Need To Start To Become Fit” so no you don’t need to be fit we will work on your fitness goals as we move forward
